Production Assistant

Our client, a fun-loving, fast-growing children's apparel brand is seeking a detail-oriented and eager Production Assistant to join their growing team.



Responsibilities:

  • Track shipments and follow up with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming samples while verifying accuracy and quantities.
  • Maintain organized sample storage systems and ensure all items are properly labeled and tracked.
  • Monitor in-production and inbound goods to confirm timelines and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update WIP reports, communicating changes promptly to the team.
  • Enter and maintain accurate production data in internal systems and tracking sheets.
  • Support organization of style files, tech packs, and digital records.
  • Assist with PLM data updates as needed.
  • Keep sample and storage areas organized, clean, and labeled.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the production team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in production, product development, or a related area preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; PLM experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Hybrid, 3-4 days in office



$50k-60k depending on experience
