Administrative Manager

Our client, a prestigious global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Supervisor to lead and develop a team of administrative professionals. This person will ensure seamless, high-quality support across departments while driving efficiency, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Partner with leaders to align administrative support with evolving business needs.
• Manage workloads, staffing, and coverage to maintain top-tier service levels.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members; oversee performance and engagement.
• Implement and refine processes that enhance efficiency, technology adoption, and communication.
• Support occasional hands-on administrative tasks to model best practices and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive, fair, and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of administrative or executive support experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong background in managing calendars, travel, expenses, and department workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise platforms.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
