Executive Assistant
Our client, a highly respected finance firm with offices worldwide, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in their Denver office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to a close-knit group of executives.
The EA will handle a range of administrative and operational responsibilities—helping the team stay organized, prepared, and focused on their core business goals. This includes managing calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, assisting with events and special projects, and maintaining smooth communication across teams and clients. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational instincts, sound judgment, strong technical skills, and a polished, professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive administrative and logistical support to a small team of executives
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly
• Assist with events, team gatherings, and occasional off-site coordination
• Process expenses, prepare materials, and maintain accurate records and databases
• Partner with internal departments and other assistants to ensure consistent communication and coverage
• Contribute to a positive, efficient office culture by anticipating needs and finding ways to improve workflows
Qualifications
• 10+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience, ideally within finance, consulting, or professional services
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology and AI tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
