A Los Angeles-based technology investment firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder and serve as a true right hand. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a busy entrepreneur whose ventures span innovation, philanthropy, and global impact all while being part of a tight-knit, high-performing team aimed at making the world a better place. This is a role for someone who loves the craft of executive support, someone who finds real joy in being indispensable, trusted, and part of something bigger. It’s fast, it’s full, and it’s deeply rewarding.
The ideal candidate is a type A, thoughtful, driven, and purposeful administrative business partner who thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. You’ll manage complex scheduling across time zones, streamline communication across multiple companies, coordinate travel, and keep priorities moving seamlessly... all with humor, humility, and grace under pressure. This role calls for someone who brings equal parts precision and heart, able to stay calm in chaos and genuinely enjoys making things run beautifully.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex calendars, communications, and travel logistics across global time zones.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Principal, internal teams, and key external partners.
- Triage inboxes, draft correspondence, and ensure no detail is ever overlooked.
- Coordinate personal and business logistics, from board meetings to family travel, with absolute discretion.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Facilitate research, data, presentations, and confidential documents
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of executive support experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments (tech, venture, or finance preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally graduating summa cum laude or with highest honors
- Highly proficient in Notion, G-Suite, Slack, and related tools for workflow, organization, and communication.
- Exceptional judgment, polished communication, and a proactive, grounded mindset.
- A calm, team-oriented professional who genuinely takes pride in creating order, anticipating needs, and making life easier for those around them.
