CRM Specialist
Our client, a prestigious high-end timepiece and jewelry company, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join their team. This role will own the administration, development, and daily operation of the CRM platform, working closely with sales and marketing to elevate client engagement and deliver a sophisticated, high-touch luxury experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience, preferably within luxury retail or high-end services, and act as the in-house expert on lifecycle marketing, VIP clienteling, and data-driven personalization.
Compensation: $50k-$70k + medical, dental, & vision
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary CRM administrator, managing day-to-day operations, configuration, and system optimization.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure workflows, pipelines, lead tracking, and client follow-ups are executed efficiently and consistently.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reports tracking client engagement, conversion, and campaign performance across email and SMS.
- Collaborate with marketing and business operations to deliver a seamless customer journey from acquisition through post-purchase engagement.
- Manage segmented email/SMS campaigns, including welcome flows, back-in-stock alerts, service reminders, anniversaries, and VIP drops; execute A/B tests and optimize performance.
- Ensure data integrity and privacy, including deduplication, identity resolution, and consent management.
- Assist in segmentation, personalization, and campaign tracking for targeted client communications.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and user guides for CRM processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or high-end services.
- Proven ability to support sales teams through CRM administration and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in CRM configuration, reporting, and user management.
- Experience integrating CRM tools with marketing, e-commerce, or other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of driving continuous improvements and CRM best practices.
