Compliance Analyst
A Greenwich, CT based real estate investment firm is searching for a Compliance Analyst to assist on compliance and legal matters. The ideal candidate is a hard working and dedicated paralegal, compliance professional or first/second year attorney looking for an unparalleled experience at a highly prestigious firm. The firm is demanding and fast paced and the candidate will be provided with an excellent opportunity to learn from seasoned attorneys and compliance professionals. Any compliance related background is beneficial but not required. Attorneys will be considered, although a JD is not required. This job is based in Greenwich, CT and the candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week. This person will report to the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.
What You’ll Do
• Provide compliance and legal support a private investment firm with a primary focus on global real estate.
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with matters relating to trade reporting, securities filings, gifts & entertainment and AML/KYC matters.
• Assist with confidentiality agreements and other vendor agreements.
• Occasionally assist on corporate matters, including entity formations, structure charts and foreign qualifications.
• Assist with compliance training, matters relating to foreign fundraising and other issues relating to registered investment advisors, broker-dealers and company's FCA regulated entity.
• Support the review and approval of marketing materials from a compliance perspective.
• Provide creative, innovative and effective solutions to business stakeholders.
• Be a standard bearer for an elite legal team, help to cultivate a culture of business excellence and compliance.
• Be an outstanding collaborator with colleagues in legal, compliance, investments, finance, sales, growth operations, product, and other areas.
What You Have

• Excellent project management, negotiation, drafting and time management skills
• Excellent judgement, analytic rigor, and business pragmatics
• Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small)
Compensation: $100-110K base plus discretionary bonus.
