Production Coordinator

Our client, a family-owned luggage and accessories brand, is looking for a dependable, temporary Production Coordinator to join their Gardena, CA team for 6 months!

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics, ensuring products are manufactured and shipped on time for delivery.
• Maintain close communication with overseas vendors and internal cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Digital, Product Development, Warehouse).
• Issue, update, and track Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining accuracy and alignment with cost and delivery targets.
• Maintain internal WIP report, vendor shipping schedule, and freight delivery.
• Communicate production status updates and escalate order flow issues to operations, leadership and support teams.
• Track and Process TOP samples and verify that the samples match confirmation samples.
• Audit packing lists, commercial invoices, and all other shipping documents for accuracy.
• Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies between factory reports and internal records.
• Communicate production status updates and escalate order flow issues to operations, leadership, and supporting teams.
• Publish in-bound shipments to the receiving team.
• Partner with the warehouse receiving and quality control team to audit received bulk production.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation for Customs Clearance.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Production and Logistics.
• Required proficiency with Netsuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to work in-office from 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST Monday through Friday in Gardena, CA.
• Must be willing to work a 6-month, temporary assignment for consideration.
