Executive Assistant Floater

As an Executive Assistant Floater, you’ll provide high-level support to various executives across departments, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and flexibility — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can quickly adapt to different working styles. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive, and adaptable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Compensation DOE: $80 – 110k base range + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits.

Location: 5 days onsite, Midtown, NYC

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple executives
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and process expenses and invoices
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and visitor logistics
  • Support executives with daily priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Provide coverage across departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior EA experience in a fast-paced, professional setting (Financial Services preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Poised, professional, and comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
