Administrative/Executive Assistant

A fast-growing, early-stage venture capital firm in San Francisco is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Founder & GP and the growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a flexible, hands-on approach to supporting a small, dynamic start-up environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing venture fund and help implement office processes, coordinate events, and support team operations.

***Please note this is a fully onsite role in San Francisco, with occasional overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings across multiple time zones for the Founder & GP, as well as light support for other team members
- Provide light travel coordination and manage expense tracking and reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and manage reception duties
- Maintain office organization, including supplies, mail, vendor coordination, and ad hoc office support
- Coordinate team logistics, events, marketing initiatives, and occasional office errands
- Support day-to-day operations using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Anticipate needs and provide general administrative support to the CEO, Head of Operations, and team
- Assist with special projects, onboarding of new hires, and office move/setup

Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-level environment (VC or start-up experience preferred but not required)
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Suite
- Comfortable working in a small, open-office environment and willing to contribute wherever needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; mindset, adaptability, and work ethic are most important

Salary:
90,000-110,000, depending on experience.
