Executive Project Assistant

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to support senior leadership and oversee key initiatives within our apparel manufacturing brand. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on Salesforce expertise to manage projects, reporting, and executive operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables and timelines.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce records, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership.
  • Liaise between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Support documentation, communication, and follow-up across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience supporting executives or managing projects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
