Licensing Coordinator - Gardena CA

Our client, a fashion brand specializing in professional apparel, is looking for a dependable temporary Licensing Coordinator  to support their team on a full-time basis in Gardena, CA!

Responsibilities:
• Manage licensing databases, maintain records of submissions and approvals, and provide administrative support to management.
• Ensure all licensed products and marketing materials comply with brand standards, legal requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Review and approve product submissions, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure they meet brand guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal design, sales, and production teams and external licensors, facilitating communication and resolving issues. \
• Assist in generating reports for licensor sell-in and sell-through and prepare materials for licensor meetings.

Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Fashion or CPG experience preferred.
• 2+ years of licensing experience.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Gardena, CA for consideration.
