Executive Assistant – Venture Capital

A Boutique Venture Capital Firm is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support two of their senior principals, along with managing the office and coordinating events.  

Salary commensurate: $110-150k base + discretionary bonus, carried interest and excellent benefits package: fully paid benefits for employee + family, 401k match, unlimited PTO and other perks

Hours: generally around 9am-6pm, located in SoHo Office, onsite 4 days/week (1 day remote)

Ideal Candidate Qualities/Experience:
-4+ years of senior level EA experience -Office Management + Event Planning experience is preferred,
-BA/BS Degree required
-Must have a no job too small mentality and be a team player
-Someone tech savvy with Google Docs/GSuite Calendaring
-Must be extremely organized and type A

EA Responsibilities include:
• Proactively manage the executives’ calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are organized efficiently. Gatekeep their day to day and manage meeting prep.
• Manage domestic and international travel and logistics and Expense reports.
• Act as a communication liaison between the stakeholders and executives with professional communication skills, while keeping confidentiality.
• Light personal support as needed.
OM/Event Planning Responsibilities include:
• Organize team building events, team offsites, assist with the annual LP meeting and other company-wide activities, including logistics, catering, and space setup.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and work with executives on invoices
• Coordinate with IT and building facilities as needed.
• Stock snacks, food, handle lunch orders and manage office supplies
