Social Media & Public Relations Lead

A retail brand is looking for a dynamic Social & PR Lead to support upcoming Casting Call initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive social strategy and PR efforts across marketing, creative, and events teams.


Hybrid in City of Industry – up to 3 days onsite per week
3-6-month contract
Occasional travel required for events


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute multi-platform social media campaigns tied to Casting Call and brand initiatives
  • Create and publish engaging social content (copy, graphics, video, behind-the-scenes)
  • Translate go-to-market (GTM) strategies into actionable social content and briefs
  • Manage the social calendar and ensure timely execution across channels
  • Capture and share real-time content from events and photoshoots
  • Monitor performance, track analytics, and provide insights for optimization
  • Partner with PR team to align messaging, media opportunities, and activations
  • Support press/promotional events and collaborate across departments for seamless execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in marketing or PR with a strong focus on social media (lead-level experience a plus)
  • Proven skills in social content creation (copy, visuals, short-form video)
  • Experience briefing teams and executing GTM plans
  • Knowledge of photography/videography best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in major social platforms and management tools
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
