Product Developer

We’re seeking a Product Developer to drive the product lifecycle from concept through SMS, ensuring collections hit quality, cost, and delivery targets. This role is a key connector between design, technical design, production, and merchandising—keeping calendars on track, samples moving, and development running seamlessly.



What You’ll Do

  • Own all development milestone due dates and manage production T&A calendars
  • Partner with Design and Technical Design on sourcing, costing, and product development activities
  • Manage daily communication with factories to ensure timely updates and responses
  • Provide Import & Logistics teams with shipping docs, vendor confirmations, and approvals for on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with Production to resolve issues and maintain workflow
  • Track, organize, and manage development samples for fittings and meetings
  • Maintain strong fabric knowledge, overseeing lab dips, strike-offs, and seasonal color libraries
  • Build and maintain BOMs, securing approvals to keep timelines on track
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage overlapping seasonal calendars and ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of apparel product development experience (knits experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, production, and full product lifecycle
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); PLM/T&A system experience (Centric PLM a plus)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
