Supply Chain / Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to keep operations running smoothly across production, inventory, and distribution for a fast-growing retail/apparel brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to ensure products get where they need to be—on time, every time.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, from vendor coordination to final delivery
• Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and replenishment to maintain product flow
• Partner with factories, 3PLs, and distribution centers to ensure on-time production and shipments
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead times, fulfillment rates, freight costs, etc.) to identify improvements
• Collaborate with merchandising, finance, operations, and marketing teams with accurate reporting and insights
• Troubleshoot vendor, carrier, and operational issues quickly to keep things moving
• Ensure documentation and compliance for both domestic and international shipping

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (retail/apparel experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics best practices
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/WMS experience a plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Consulting or startup experience is a bonus, but not required
