Instructional Designer

Our client, a leader in the crypto space is looking for a creative and detail-oriented temp Instructional Designer to join their team. If you love designing engaging eLearning experiences and have a passion for video-based content, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a 6-month temporary need in San Francisco.
Pay: $40/hr

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses and training videos
• Edit video content to create polished, high-quality learning materials
• Work with subject matter experts to gather content and identify learning needs
• Create scripts, storyboards, and design documents
• Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and instructionally sound
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development
• A portfolio showcasing eLearning and video projects
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and Canva
• Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms like Docebo
