Receptionist

This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys ensuring a seamless and welcoming office experience.


Hours: 7:30am - 5pm

5 days onsite

Comp DOE: 65 – 70k base + disc bonus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the firm, greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism
  • Manage front desk operations, conference room scheduling, and visitor systems
  • Coordinate meeting room setup/cleanup and provide Zoom/IT support as needed
  • Oversee mail, courier services, and office supply procurement
  • Restock and maintain pantries, fridges, and common areas
  • Assist with travel logistics, expense reimbursements, and gift tracking
  • Support in-office lunches, catering, and event coordination
  • Provide occasional support to senior leadership and backup coverage for the Office Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of reception or administrative support experience (financial services experience a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, visitor management systems)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
