Administrative Assistant

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to provide 1:1 executive support to a busy Private Equity team. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings proactive energy and excellent communication skills.

Base: $120K–$130K + Bonus + OT
San Francisco | Private Equity Team | Full-Time, Onsite


Responsibilities
• Provide classic Executive Assistant support including heavy scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
• Partner on Office Management duties such as event planning, hosting and preparing for special visitors/meetings, and overall group organization
• Serve as a trusted liaison—anticipating needs and staying steps ahead in a demanding, high-performance environment
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Qualifications
• 10+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-moving workflows with accuracy and composure
• Proactive professional who thrives under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills; highly detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
