Executive Assistant

A Boutique West Village VC firm seeks tech-passionate Executive Assistant to keep two founding partners organized and effective. An ideal candidate is autonomous, low-ego, and high-energy, with discerning judgement and ability to anticipate needs amid shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Own busy calendars across many time zones, serving as high-trust gatekeeper for founders' time
- Manage travel logistics and coordinate events, ensuring thoughtful, detail-oriented experiences
- Monitor inboxes and draft correspondence as needed, communicating swiftly and concisely
- Maintain polished, high-functioning office environment, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and accommodated
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems with AI and productivity tools (i.e., Notion, Slack, ChatGPT)
- Assist with special projects and oversee firm-wide initiatives, as needed

Schedule
Hybrid; four days a week in-office with availability to work outside of 9-5 schedule as needed

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience, ideally supporting executives in venture capital, tech, finance or startup environments
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail amid rapidly shifting priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other relevant business software
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation:
Competitive salary of $150,000-$200,000
