Executive Assistant to Founding Partners, Venture Capital

Exciting opportunity to support two visionary founders in a West Village boutique VC firm. Highly intelligent, strategic and competitive firm, seeking a bright mind with 3+ years of experience in executive support.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage all scheduling and calendar maintenance for Executive(s). Prioritize meeting cadence, following direction from Executive(s)
-Organize, schedule and arrange onsite and offsite meetings. Make reservations for internal conference rooms and/or external venues as needed
-Coordinate and execute meetings and events
-Coordinate and plan events such as an annual Holiday Party and Offsites
-Coordinate and schedule business-level meetings and initiatives
-Support Executive(s) on certain tasks (i.e., Facilities Management)
-Detailed travel coordination
-Perform other duties as assigned

Skillset Requirements:
-Experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
-Effective communication skills. Must communicate clearly and succinctly
-Strong time management skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and relevant software
-Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation: $125k-175k, DOE
