Executive Liaison & Lifestyle Concierge, Private UHNWI

Are you an experienced lifestyle and travel professional with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences? A highly private and well-established UHNWI is seeking an Executive Liaison & Lifestyle Concierge to oversee complex scheduling, global travel, and lifestyle management. In this dynamic role, you will act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, managing both personal and professional priorities. With a global scope, this position involves curating travel, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences while ensuring seamless execution at every level. This role requires an onsite presence in Newport Beach and the ability to travel (domestically and internationally).

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison for personal and corporate staff.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and special events.
• Curate and manage extensive domestic and international travel, providing on-site presence and collaborating with staff.
• Coordinate high-level events, private dinners, and entertainment experiences.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth operations across offices and residences.
• Build and leverage relationships within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and concierge networks.
• Anticipate needs and deliver personalized, one-of-a-kind experiences that reflect the family’s tastes.

Desired Background & Attributes
• 10-15 years of experience supporting UHNW individuals or families in lifestyle, travel, or concierge roles.
• A deep network within global luxury hospitality, travel, and entertainment.
• Expertise in designing tailored itineraries and exceptional lifestyle experiences.
• Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and the 24/7 nature of the position.
