IT Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Manager with around 3+ years of experience to join their small but mighty team. Reporting to the Head of Technology, this person will oversee internal tech infrastructure and provide hands-on support to staff. This is a high-impact role for someone who can hit the ground running and is eager to grow with a company. The ideal candidate is professional, a strong communicator, and willing to assist across a range of technical needs—from troubleshooting enterprise tools to occasionally fixing personal IT gear like Ring doorbells.

This is a Hybrid role requiring the selected candidate to work onsite between their two offices in Santa Monica and North Hollywood.
Must be able to start ASAP.

Hourly: $48–$58/hr
Salary: $100K–$125K

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily IT support to staff across Mac, Windows, and iPhone devices
• Set up, track, and manage all user devices and hardware
• Handle onboarding and offboarding tech processes
• Manage third-party vendors (no direct reports)
• Administer user accounts and apps in Okta
• Support Slack, Zoom Rooms, and Openpath access systems
• Manage Apple devices via Kandji MDM
• Provide printer and network support (Meraki routers/switches, VLANs)
• Assist with AWS infrastructure and basic Cloudflare DNS management
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware and software licensing

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or administration
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and common workplace apps (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom)
• Experience with Cloudflare, AWS, or Zero Trust security concepts
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Network+, Microsoft)
• Familiarity with network and device management
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
