Store Manager - Luxury Womenswear Label

Our client, a luxury womenswear label, is looking for a Store Manager to join their Miami, FL team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Daily Operations- managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Staff Management- hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Customer Satisfaction- ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints
- Sales and Profitability- setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Inventory Management- maintaining optimal stock levels, managing inventory control, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Store Presentation- ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment/ preparing and managing store budgets, analyzing financial reports, and monitoring expenses
- Marketing and Promotions- implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales
- Policy and Compliance- ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Data Analysis- monitoring and analyzing store performance metrics, such as sales data and customer behavior, to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role in luxury retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the store team
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and promotional activities
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques and stock control
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make informed decisions
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks effectively
