Seasonal Talent Acquisition Assistant

A global leader in apparel, footwear, and lifestyle brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support seasonal hiring at its Fort Worth distribution center. This temporary position is essential for ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience during the company’s busiest season.



What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse roles, including reviewing applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in person, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Support onboarding tasks, such as collecting documents, scheduling orientations, and following up with new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, warehouse leadership, and recruiting teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition and HR team as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and clear, professional communication.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Available to work on-site at the Fort Worth distribution center at least 4 days per week, with flexibility for occasional hiring events outside normal hours.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
