Account Manager
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate who is passionate about fashion, client relationships, and contributing to a dynamic, creative brand environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director, supporting account management, relationship building, and overall sales operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, personable, eager to learn, and interested in long-term growth within the company.
About the Role

The Junior Account Executive will help maintain and expand the company’s account base while delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder and Creative Director throughout all phases of the sales and marketing process.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key retail partners and accounts.
- Identify and develop new client relationships with a focus on personalized outreach and high-quality engagement.
- Conduct thoughtful and effective client presentations via in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
- Represent the brand at national trade shows, market appointments, and industry events.
- Communicate brand vision, product details, and collection stories clearly and effectively to clients and buyers.
- Assist with sales follow-up, order entry, and ongoing account support as needed.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits
- Spanish fluency required (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—warm, articulate, confident, and relationship-focused.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter) with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent work settings.
- Passion for fashion, wholesale, or brand development is strongly preferred.
