Technical Recruiter
Career Group, a premier women-owned recruiting agency renowned for excellence in corporate and administrative staffing, is excited to launch a best-in-class Technology division! Our mission is to connect top talent with leading clients across both enterprise-level organizations and dynamic startups in the tech industry.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing and hiring efforts across a variety of key technical verticals, including Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Security, and IT. Key Responsibilities
• Lead executive-level and highly technical searches from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Customize the recruitment process to align with the unique needs of each client, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Partner directly with senior executives, business leaders, and technical leaders to define hiring needs, assess organizational structure, and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier executive and technical talent through targeted sourcing, industry networking, and strategic research.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally with a mix of agency, in-house, or consulting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for a wide range of technical roles, including Software Engineers (Front-End, Back-End, Full Stack), DevOps, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Technical Product Managers.
• Experience in Staffing Agency Sales or Business Development is a plus.
