Marketing Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations professional with experience in the board game industry to play a key role in upcoming product launches. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative, production, and brand teams to manage the full development of launch assets — from product photography and lifestyle shoots to video ads and “how to play” content. With a strong focus on organization, timelines, and quality, you’ll help bring innovative board games to market and shape how new titles are introduced to players worldwide.

Pay: $40-50/hr

What You’ll Do
- Oversee production and delivery of creative assets for board game launches.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships alongside the internal production team.
- Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand, aligned with strategy, and delivered on schedule.
- Support packaging copywriting and creative reviews as needed.
- Provide structure, organization, and consistency to the creative development process.
What You Bring
- Background in marketing operations or creative operations.
- Hands-on experience with board games or consumer product launches (board games highly preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, production, and brand teams.
