Associate, Business Development & Investor Relations

This is a newly created role designed for a highly motivated, detail-obsessed candidate eager to gain exposure across fundraising, investor communications, and strategy.

Base Compensation: up to $125k base DOE

You’ll work closely with senior leadership (CEO + Director of IR), supporting all aspects of investor relations and business development, while building the foundation for a long-term career in finance.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and maintain marketing decks, fundraising materials, and investor communications
• Support quarterly updates, reporting, and RFP/DDQ responses
• Manage CRM systems, data rooms, and investor access
• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, and events
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to support fundraising efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, finance, and operations teams

Who You Are
• 1 – 2+ years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, marketing, or investor relations
• Meticulous, numbers-oriented, and detail-obsessed — you sweat the small stuff
• Humble, hungry, and comfortable having work reviewed
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Curious about healthcare, life sciences, or asset management (preferred)
• Degree required
