SVP of Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations

As Vice President of Finance, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the CFO to guide major financial decisions, structure investments, and maximize shareholder value. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader who thrives on strategy, precision, and execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape Financial Strategy: Evaluate growth opportunities, structure investments, and oversee capital allocation to maximize returns.
• Lead Financial Planning: Build and maintain robust forecasting models, provide detailed performance analysis, and deliver executive-level insights.
• Oversee Capital & Treasury: Manage capital structure, equity, and liquidity. Partner with banking and investment teams to support long-term growth.
• Own Investor Relations: Represent the company to investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Craft and deliver compelling communications.
• Inspire and Mentor: Lead a high-performing finance team with clear direction, mentorship, and a culture of excellence.
• Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategy, budgeting, and performance tracking across the business.

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and real estate (public company experience preferred)
• A proven track record of strategic leadership and board-level influence
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, capital strategy, treasury, and investor relations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a clear, concise approach
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s, or CPA strongly preferred
• A hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
