Retail Activation Manager

Our client, a popular fashion brand, is looking for a dependable, temp-to-hire Retail Activation Manager to assist their team on-site in San Francisco!


Responsibilities:
• Customer + Brand Experience: Inspire the team to deliver a customer experience that is genuine and exceeds expectations.
• Training & Development: Train your team to connect with guests on the floor and assess their needs, providing product & brand education and incorporating omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Leadership: Keep your team happy, engaged and challenged. Be excited to build an authentic team culture of talented people who believe in our brand.
• Business Strategy: Able to think on your toes and analyze relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with regional leadership and cross-functional partners in real time.
• Visual Merchandising: Must have a keen eye for merchandising and visual standards, and some experience working with cross-functional VM teams.
• Operations: Strive for operational excellence. Executing key tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and delegating day-to-day projects like fulfillment + zoning.

Qualifications:
• Success in a retail leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience facilitating product or brand education a plus.
• Experience with community marketing initiatives a plus.
