Senior Project Manager - Theme Parks

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive theme park experience to oversee large-scale theme and live show productions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technical execution, and operational excellence—bringing immersive entertainment experiences from concept to reality. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in theme park project management, from design and development to live performance launch, and understands the unique demands of theatrical production within a park environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Review detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets for major theme park and live entertainment projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees to ensure seamless integration into theme park operations.
  • Maintain brand integrity and storytelling across all entertainment offerings.
  • Facilitate design reviews, technical rehearsals, and creative approvals throughout production phases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and milestones.
  • Oversee risk assessments, technical documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in the theme park and/or live entertainment industry (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Theater Production, Theme Park Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale entertainment projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of theatrical production processes and theme park operations.
