Our client, a luxury accessory brand, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join their team at their Woodbury Commons location! The right candidate will be a motivated, relationship-driven professional with the ability to translate product knowledge into compelling conversations that inspire purchases and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:‍

• Welcome each customer with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the first interaction.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and styling suggestions based on individual preferences and lifestyle.
• Build a personal client book and maintain ongoing communication to encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve and surpass personal sales objectives while contributing to store-wide goals.
• Keep informed on the latest product launches, seasonal collections, and industry trends.
• Ensure the sales floor is inviting, well-merchandised, and reflective of brand standards.
• Partner with team members to create a cohesive, supportive environment focused on client satisfaction.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and improve selling techniques.

Qualifications:‍

• Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, specialty, or premium apparel.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining a strong client network.
• Skilled in creating personalized shopping experiences that lead to measurable sales results.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a natural, engaging presence.
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and highly self-motivated.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
