Personal Injury Attorney

Our confidential client is experiencing unprecedented growth and is seeking mid-to-senior level Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys with proven mass tort experience to join their high-performing legal team. This is a pivotal moment to come aboard, as the firm’s momentum and national case load continue to expand at record pace.
Location: Miami, FL (Relocation assistance available for mid-level hires)

Schedule: Full-time, in-office

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and vet potential new cases for technical and legal issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of facts in each assigned case.
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting written discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Identify, select, and prepare expert witnesses.
  • Collaborate with intake and marketing teams during the investigative stages of claims.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience with mass tort exposure.
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission).
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw.

Requirements:

  • For mid-level attorneys: must be willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
  • Strong trial experience and track record of successful case outcomes.
