A wonderful and grounded San Francisco-based family of four is seeking a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant & House Manager to streamline daily life, manage multiple properties, and oversee home operations with precision, discretion, and warmth.
This is a rare opportunity to bring your organizational excellence, emotional intelligence, and logistical savvy to a well-run, values-driven household. You’ll be an integral part of the team—building strong relationships with staff and vendors, implementing smart systems, and handling everything from high-level renovations to everyday errands with equal care.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of daily household operations and personal administration
- Oversee travel coordination (private & commercial), lodging, and transportation
- Support multiple residences, including renovations, repairs, and setup for family visits
- Source, vet, and manage vendors; ensure quality and timeliness of all work
- Collaborate closely with household staff and executive assistants
- Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments, manage wardrobe logistics
- Organize events (vendors, RSVPs, venues) and maintain key inventories
- Travel occasionally to prep homes or support the family while on the move
- Create and maintain household manuals and systems to improve efficiency
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Proven experience managing multiple residences and overseeing projects
- 7+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant/ House Manager
- Management and hiring experience
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy: G Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.
- Able to lead independently and collaboratively, with a 24/7 mindset
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism with a warm presence
- Willing to travel occasionally and work outside traditional business hours
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle; clean driving record
- Clean background check and verifiable references
- Schedule & Compensation:
Hybrid: On-site as needed with flexibility
Compensation: $150 - 200k base plus 100% healthcare, PTO, and discretionary year-end bonus
