Executive Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and high-tenure administrative team supporting senior leadership.
Compensation: $110k – $115k + disc bonus
Hours: 9am – 5pm
Work model: Onsite Monday – Thursday, remote Fridays, Mount Kisco Office

The Role:
You’ll provide direct support 4 Senior Executives —handling complex scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep, and expenses. Once fully onboarded, you’ll also assist the broader EA team during a parental leave coverage period. You’ll report to an Administrative Manager and work alongside a strong group of 8–9 administrative professionals.
