Construction Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal with a transactional focus to join their Real Estate-Construction team. This is an exceptional opportunity to support complex litigation matters in a collaborative and high-performing legal environment.

Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week onsite
Overtime: Flexibility required as needed
Compensation: Bonus eligible + full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, motions, arbitration, mediation, and trial
  • Monitor court dockets and manage compliance with all deadlines, court orders, and procedural rules
  • Coordinate exhibit exchanges and maintain discovery and evidence documentation
  • Conduct factual research and identify key testimony, documents, and potential witnesses
  • Draft detailed chronologies and case summaries; analyze and organize evidence into usable formats
  • Prepare reports, charts, logs, spreadsheets, and coding forms to support litigation efforts

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a mid- to large-sized law firm
  • eDiscovery experience required
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro
  • Familiarity with litigation support tools such as Concordance, Relativity, and Opus 2 or LiveNote
  • Experience with Filesite is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal/written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
