Mac Help Desk Specialist

We’re seeking a well-rounded and experienced Mac/iOS Support Technician to provide full-spectrum support across end-user devices, applications, network infrastructure, and AV systems. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, design-driven environment supporting a fleet of Mac devices—ideal for a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, high-touch setting.



Location: Van Nuys, CA (Onsite, 5 Days/Week)

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite + On-Call Weekend Support

Compensation: $30–$33.65/hr | 70k upon full time converstion



End User Support (Mac/Mobile/Peripherals):‍

  • Provide expert-level helpdesk support for ~400 users (remote + onsite), across Mac & iOS devices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Manage helpdesk ticketing queue and escalate/resolve priority issues efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and data regulations (PCI, GDPR, SOC, etc.)
  • Deliver workstation refreshes and track inventory across all IT assets
  • Offer remote support for hybrid/remote users
  • Utilize JAMF for device management, deployment, patching, and enforcing security/compliance policies

Network Administration & Engineering:‍

  • Provide Exchange/Outlook, VPN, and network connectivity support
  • Monitor and address security alerts (e.g., Sophos endpoint monitoring)
  • Maintain network printing, permissions, and access controls

‍
Application & Software Support:‍

  • Tier 1 support for Adobe CC, Office365, SolidWorks, Salesforce, AWS, and other SaaS platforms
  • Troubleshoot Zoom Room, A/V setups, conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting)
  • Support internal tools in creative, web, and ecommerce environments

Telecom & VOIP Support:‍

  • Administer RingCentral and Shoretel systems, including voicemail, extensions, and auto-attendants
  • Support call center tech environment
