Executive Assistant/House Manager to CEO
A Global Marketing & Technology company is hiring an Executive Assistant/House Manager to support the CEO in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-savvy, and experienced in fast-paced environments. This role involves managing multiple properties owned by the CEO, including overseeing housekeepers, coordinating small construction projects, and handling personal errands and appointments.
Location: Hybrid 3 days in office, with occasional 5 days in office as needed. Midtown, NYC
Salary: $120-130k base + discretionary bonus + equity + comprehensive benefits package
Hours: Standard office hours, but must have a 24/7 mentality, available to assist during nights/weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager, ideally supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or C-suite executives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficient in Outlook for managing personal appointments and coordinating with other executive assistants.
• Comfortable with heavy texting and managing multiple text threads simultaneously; a company phone will be provided.
• Tech-savvy with a flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Energetic, with a “no task too small” mentality and adaptability.
• Valid driver’s license (with the ability to use a company car for errands or events if needed).
Responsibilities:
• House Management: Manage the CEO’s various properties, including his NYC apartment, home in DC, homes in California, and Florida (primarily overseeing the NYC apartment).
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Oversee housekeepers, handle smaller construction projects (e.g., pipe repairs, maintenance), and manage property upkeep.
• Personal Support: Manage grocery orders via Instacart, handle Amazon orders, and book doctor appointments for the CEO and his family.
• Text Management: Manage multiple text threads for the CEO and liaise with key contacts confidentially, ensuring all tasks and communications are addressed promptly.
• Family Liaison: Work closely with the CEO’s wife and nanny to manage family schedules.
• Flexibility: Available to work weekends on occasion (approximately once a month) and assist via phone, ensuring availability during important times, such as summer events or urgent tasks.
