Executive Assistant
Our client, a global entertainment company based in Beverly Hills, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced C-suite executive. This is an incredible opportunity to work at the center of the entertainment industry, providing both strategic and administrative support in a dynamic, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-savvy, and an excellent communicator—someone who thrives under pressure, excels at managing competing priorities, and is comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Seamlessly coordinate every aspect of the executive’s fast-paced schedule and daily activities to keep things running smoothly
• Masterfully manage complex calendars and expertly schedule meetings that maximize productivity
• Handle a high volume of calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
• Arrange detailed travel plans, accommodations, and off-site meetings with precision and care
• Stay ahead by anticipating the executive’s needs—tracking priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Serve as the vital liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external partners, fostering clear and timely communication
• Capture key meeting notes and proactively follow up on action items to drive results
• Take on additional administrative and operational tasks with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives
• Exceptional calendar and email management skills
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Comfortable interacting with high-level executives, clients, and leadership teams
• Impeccable organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage up and provide thoughtful, proactive support
• Experience coordinating international travel and handling complex itineraries
• Highly resourceful, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong follow-through
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift
