Brand & Trade Marketing Manager

Our client, a luxury spirits brand, is looking for a Trade & Brand Marketing Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP!

Responsibilities:
-  Develop and execute brand and trade marketing plans to drive growth in key U.S. markets.
- Collaborate with sales and distributor teams on programs that boost awareness, trial, and velocity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all trade materials and customer touchpoints.
- Lead on and off premise trade programs to increase visibility and consumer trial.
- Create channel-specific promotions and sales tools that support brand positioning.
- Build and align sales tools, presentations, and programs with national and regional priorities.
- Support U.S. launches with clear KPIs and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and impact.
- Track brand performance and trade program ROI through sales data and market analysis.


Qualifications:
- 5+ years in brand, trade marketing, or commercial roles in spirits/wine (luxury experience a plus).
- Deep knowledge of U.S. on/off-premise channels.
- Proven success in brand and trade execution.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Comfortable with travel
