Office Coordinator

Join a high-performing team where hospitality, attention to detail, and operational excellence drive an outstanding workplace experience. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our San Francisco office, supporting employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day facilities and office operations support
- Serve as secondary coverage for the Office Manager and Office Assistant team
- Manage vendor services and internal office moves
- Coordinate ergonomic resources and seating plans
- Oversee pantry, meal programs, and office-wide catering events
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle office onboarding/offboarding and employee access
- Liaise with building management and external vendors
- Lead and support special projects and ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of facilities experience, ideally in financial services or luxury hospitality
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Effective communicator who can navigate all levels of an organization with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- College degree preferred
