Executive Assistant
An international law firm with a reputation for innovation and client-focused excellence is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join its Redwood City office, supporting the Corporate Practice group. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior legal professionals in high-impact work.
Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 + comprehensive benefits package & bonus potential
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to 2–3 Partners/Counsel and 3–4 Senior Associates
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel plans, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare and edit legal documents, presentations, and client-facing materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise confidently with clients and their teams as a professional representative of the firm
- Manage billing support, including tracking engagement letters and assisting with invoicing
- Submit expense reports and track attorney time entries to ensure timely submissions
- Assist with business development initiatives, including marketing materials and client event support
- Partner with other EAs to ensure seamless coverage and information sharing
- Provide flexible support outside standard hours as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of EA experience in a global law firm or corporate legal environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable
