Director, Corporate Real Estate Services

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Director of Corporate Real Estate Services to oversee their global real estate portfolio and workplace operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Services, this role will lead a small, high-impact team and support office locations across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at managing both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate & Project Management

• Execute global real estate strategy, overseeing leasing, renewals, and subleases
• Manage landlord and broker relationships; ensure legal and lease compliance
• Oversee construction and renovation projects, budgets, and space planning
• Develop scalable processes and present lease/project proposals to leadership

Workplace Operations

• Lead workplace optimization initiatives and space utilization efforts
• Oversee vendor performance, cost-saving strategies, and supplier accountability
• Serve as an escalation point for facilities and workplace operations globally

Physical Security

• Develop and refine site security policies and emergency protocols
• Oversee global access control, risk mitigation, and physical security systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing leases, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and contract negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred: Experience with global portfolios, brokerage firms, security systems (e.g., Brivo, Swift Connect), and driving change in entrepreneurial environments.
