Regional Manager - Premium Restaurant Group

Our client, a premium restaurant group is seeking a Regional Manager to join their team in Center Moriches, NY! As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the performance and profitability of the restaurant group by increasing sales and net income across all assigned locations. Additionally, you will strengthen the regional supervisor program by enhancing mentorship, leadership development, and financial oversight.


Responsibilities:
- Improve salesmanship in the FOH by coaching servers on upselling, guest engagement, and maximizing guest check averages.
- Reduce waste and inefficiencies in labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
- Increase catering revenue at all locations.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop 3-6 managers per store, creating strong leadership teams at each location.
- Conduct monthly audits at each location, ensuring operational efficiency, cleanliness, food quality, and adherence to service standards.
- Use data analytics to track sales, labor, and food costs, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Uphold and enforce brand values, hospitality standards, and service procedures at all times.
- Lead by example, mentor hands-on, and develop a culture of service.
- Proactively address challenges and take full ownership of outcomes.
- Ensures every guest interaction is positive, memorable, and up to standard.
- Work collaboratively across locations, lifting others up for collective success.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record overseeing multiple full-service restaurant locations with strong operational results.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L statements, reduce labor and food costs, and drive sales growth through data-informed strategies.
- Experience mentoring and developing management teams across locations, with a focus on building promotable talent and leadership pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations, with the ability to step into any role as needed and drive performance from within.
- Capable of creating and executing short- and long-term improvement plans that align with company goals, including a strong 120-day action plan.
