Social Media Manager
Our client, a small luxury boutique jewelry brand, is seeking a creative and visionary Social Media Manager to join their team in NYC! This individual will lead all social media strategy and execution across all platforms, with a focus on expanding reach, elevating content, and growing community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and seasonal priorities.
- Oversee content creation including directing and executing photoshoots.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic across social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and contribute to the brand’s creative voice.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to optimize engagement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team and external agency partners.
- Manage and mentor interns, acting as the lead for all social-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for luxury visuals.
- Background in jewelry, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands highly preferred.
- Skilled in content creation, including photography and directing shoots.
- Proficient in Photoshop and other basic design/editing tools.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and messaging.
- Strategic thinker with working knowledge of social planning and analytics.
- Self-starter who thrives in a small and highly collaborative team environment.
Hybrid, 3-5 days on site
Salary: $60-70k
