Real Estate Paralegal
A world-renowned law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional who thrives in a deadline-oriented environment and is ready to take on complex real estate transactions.
Work Environment: In-office
Reports To: Real Estate Shareholder

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, manage, and organize documentation related to real estate transactions, including escrow instructions, title and survey reviews, UCC searches, entity formations, local transfer requirements, and due diligence.
- Manage large, complex transactions; coordinate workflow; attend closings; track and organize execution of documents; and oversee post-closing obligations.
- Draft closing documents such as agreements and third-party consents, and prepare schedules and exhibits.
- Handle post-closing duties including mailings, closing binders, and transfer agreements.
- Prepare and file documents, including amendments, closing documents, and opinion letters for partner approval.
- Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records.
Qualifications:
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, and Notary Cam preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of personnel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Skilled at client service, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm, with deep understanding of complex real estate transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-certified program preferred.
