Executive Assistant / IR Coordinator

A highly regarded Private Equity / Venture Capital Firm is looking for a driven, bright and incredibly detail oriented EA/IR Coordinator to support their Head of IR and Investor Relations team. They are looking for someone with demonstrated experience supporting a team or Sr. level executive in a fast-paced, high expectations environment. Someone who is adept at keeping schedules on track, an expert at communicating deadlines and status updates, and is an organizational guru will hit the ground running in this exciting role.

The firm is known for it's incredible culture, team collaboration and successful partnerships with their portfolio companies.

This role is 4x week onsite

What you’ll do:
· Book and coordinate internal & external meetings for the Head of IR
· Coordinate travel itineraries and roadshows across different time zones for the team
· Assist with organizing the local Annual Investors Meeting, roadshows, events and fundraising efforts
· Maintain and update the global Client Relations and Capital Raising calendar
· Create expense reports and update internal databases and work in their CRM database
· Planning special events, onsite and offsite
· Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3+ years of experience in finance, tech, start-ups or high-stakes environments
· CRM Management experience preferred
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
· Keen attention to detail and highly organized
· Motivated, proactive, and resourceful
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
