EA to LatAm team

Our client, a world class, global Private Equity firm is hiring for an Executive Assistant, who is bilingual in Spanish, to support a small team of professionals (5) on the LatAm team. The Executive Assistant will act as a thought partner and right hand to direct reports. Responsibilities will be complex and require the utmost level of discretion and independent judgement. The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and maintain a high level of professionalism.  

Salary commensurate with experience: $110-130k base + discretionary bonus +  fully covered benefits for employee & family, free meals, 4 weeks vacation plus sick days, and 401k match

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm –someone flexible as needed if things come up after hours

Location/Hybrid - In office 4 days/week Monday – Thursday, remote on Fridays in Midtown NYC

Responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative support to senior executives and their team. This involves determining priorities independently, making decisions with little or no guidance, short-term and long-term planning, handling confidential information, exercising discretion, and understanding complex business concepts.
• Communicate effectively to ensure executives, internal clients and external constituencies are informed and updated about meetings, events, etc.
• Proactively manage detailed and demanding schedules and Outlook calendars; schedule calls, meetings, conferences, restaurant reservations, personal obligations, and board meetings, etc.  
• Arrange heavy complex domestic and international travel logistics.
• Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings and events for small and large groups.
• Process monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Function as part of dynamic, collaborative administrative team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Prior experience in supporting senior executive(s) in Finance or related industry
• Strong team player who can work independently but also function as part of a dynamic and collaborative team of admins
• Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
• Superior interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence, develop relationships and work with a diverse group including key external portfolio companies, peers and constituents as well as senior level management
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with administrative teams across global offices
• Experience in Concur a plus.
• High proficiency with MS Office suite skills
• Highly developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated critical thinking ability
