Store Manager

Our client, a fast-growing men's and women's apparel brand selling clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores across the US, is seeking a hardworking, personable, and goal-oriented Store Manager for their brick-and-mortar location in Cherry Creek, Denver. The store offers an engaging and fun shopping experience where maintaining a clean, enjoyable environment is a top priority.


Location: Cherry Creek, Denver, CO

Salary: $70k-$85k + bonus


Responsibilities:‍

• Inspire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve revenue goals
• Manage store revenue and payroll effectively
• Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the team and store
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
• Promote suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to headquarters
• Ensure the store is clean and merchandised according to brand standards
• Provide constructive feedback to the District Manager on all business aspect
• Mentor and develop team members through clear and consistent communication
• Create staffing schedules aligned with business needs
• Educate and train the team on product knowledge
• Participate in regular calls with peers and District Manager
• Foster a respectful communication environment within the team
• Ensure the store is securely maintained

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail apparel management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow through feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both HQ and store team
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset and positive energ
• Strong inventory management and merchandising skills
• Approachable and friendly “people person”
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-unit Store Manager experience
• 6+ years of retail management experience in fashion/apparel
• Passion for customer happiness
• Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS
• Strong integrity and excellent fashion sense
• Self-awareness and leadership maturity
• Experience as an apparel buyer a plus
