Executive Assistant - Single Family Office

A prestigious 20-year-old single-family office is seeking a refined, intelligent, and highly resourceful Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the Co-Principals out of their boutique investment firm in the Financial District. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-functioning, close-knit team with a warm and professional culture, offering excellent long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the right hand to the Co-Principals, managing professional and personal priorities with discretion and care
  • Oversee a portfolio of personal properties across the tri-state area, maintaining detailed records and bookkeeping for all vendor activity, expenses, maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Design and maintain complex, dynamic calendars to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts
  • Plan and manage sophisticated domestic and international travel, including visas, tax residency concerns, and personal preferences
  • Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper for calls, emails, and incoming requests—anticipating needs and prioritizing accordingly

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives with a proven track record of excellence
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Impeccable organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with anticipatory thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, grace under pressure, and utmost discretion
  • Willingness to travel as needed and provide occasional off-hours support

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $125,000–$150,000 depending on experience
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • 401(k) plan and full medical benefit
