Investor Relations Coordinator
A global, prestigious real estate investment firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator, reporting to the Global Head of Portfolio Management. This global-facing role will act as a liaison between the firm and its investors.
The base compensation range is $65,000 to $75,000 + discretionary bonus + paid overtime + paid medical/dental/vision, 401k match and additional perks
Location: onsite Monday – Friday in Midtown NYC
*with summer/remote Fridays
Hours: around 8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-4 years of administrative experience, ideally in investor relations, real estate, private equity, or asset management.
• Prior experience in an investor facing role.
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free communications.
• Personable, proactive, responsive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and distribute all investor-facing communications, including capital calls, capital distributions, quarterly reports, and ad hoc updates.
• Facilitate investor onboarding and offboarding process including account set up and review of investor subscription documents.
• Monitor and manage the Investor Relations mailbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate contact and ensuring all investor requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Proactively coordinate investor responses with support from the Portfolio Management team.
• Assist with the planning and execution of investor conferences and ad hoc events in the U.S. and Europe, including scheduling, logistics, attendee communications, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and update investor information.
• Update CRM systems and maintain investor profiles and communication logs.
• Maintain a detailed log of investor correspondence, support the production of reports, and help ensure document accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Provide administrative support and assist with data requests in connection with the year end audit and ongoing investor compliance requests.
• Manage and maintain accurate records for all active investors across internal platforms.
• Maintain the organizational structure of fund documentation and contact records.
• Track, log, and assist in the preparation of investor due diligence questionnaires.
